1. Guiding Services
Services provided by Joseph Guevara V. (Tour Guide in Peru) consist of professional, licensed tourist guiding services in Cusco, Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, and surrounding destinations in accordance with Peruvian tourism regulations (Registro DREC N° 017762-A-DREC).
2. Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings are coordinated directly with Joseph through WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed once dates, itineraries, and any necessary deposits or ticket purchases are formally agreed upon in writing.
3. Entrance Tickets & Train Permits
Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail permits, and PeruRail / Inca Rail train tickets are governed by Peruvian government regulations (MINCUL / SERNANP). These tickets are nominal, non-transferable, and strictly subject to official availability schedules.
4. Health, Altitude & Safety
Travelers are responsible for verifying their physical condition for high-altitude activities in Cusco (3,400m / 11,150 ft) and mountain hikes. Travelers must follow all safety instructions provided by Joseph during archaeological visits and trail explorations.
